Ar. Toran Prasad Pandit, Ar. Sandip Shrestha, Ar. Satyendra Raj Bhattarai and Er. Santosh Shrestha are the leading founders of Zero Dia Nepal, the inner core from where it all began. Currently, we have architects from different backgrounds with unique design thinking and diverse task-orientation, working as a part of our core team. Here at Zero Dia, we envision the core team as creative minds, the building blocks for setting forward exemplary designs that set high standards for the company itself.

Your Role
Zero Dia Nepal is currently seeking experienced Project Architects.
What You Will Do
Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil and other consultants
Manage client relationships and team communication
Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutions
Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks
Create and maintain the project manual and specifications with in-house specifications team
Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews
Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI
Lead construction meetings with client and contractor
Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project

Your Role
Zero Dia Nepal is currently seeking experienced Project Architects.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and propose solutions to design challenges
- Provide design input, feedback, and support from master planning and concept design through construction documents
- Produce accurate documents aligned with firm standards for project assignments
- Communicate to Lead Designers and the Project Manager on progress of assignments according to the established project schedule and workplan
- Ensure project information is incorporated into project documents clearly and appropriately
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 0 to 3 years previous design team experience on small to large and complex public and private projects
- Basic understanding and technical knowledge of architectural drafting and design
- Proficiency in the use of computer modeling and rendering software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, InDesign, Rhino, Lumion, and Enscape
- Strong commitment to sustainable design and climate action

Your Role
Zero Dia Nepal is currently seeking Project Architects Interns.
What You Will Do
During an internship, you receive guidance, build relationships and take on challenging projects. Think of it as an opportunity to turn coursework into professional work. Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Assist with design drawings
- Discuss project requirements with your team
- Organize files and materials
- Visit worksites to make sure everything goes as planned
- Prepare contracts, reports, CAD drawings and diagrams
- Generate design development ideas
- Research building codes and standards
- Develop 3D conceptual designs
- Prepare design mock-ups and color boards
- Research the different types of building materials, lighting fixtures and other products
