Located at Biratnagar, the 6010 sq. ft. IVF Center provides facilities for In vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. The facility includes operation theater, andralogy lab, IVF lab, patient counselling room and recovery ward. Consideration has been given not only to provide advanced technology but to make the space emotionally comforting.

The interiors possess great spatial qualities and are characterized by plenty of daylight and natural ventilation in each room, factors that have been shown to contribute to the improvement of patients, as well as to the greater work efficiency of medical personnel.

The circulation and distribution of the center are accomplished through a central corridor that connects all the clinical spaces from the reception area.
