Centurian mall is located at Biratnagar, a metropolitan city in Nepal. The mixed used commercial building is an ensemble of various spaces: commercial rental space, shopping mall, restaurants, cinema hall and hotel rooms. The major requirement of the client was the provision of haat bazaar which has been zoned on the outdoor to upgrade the socio economic condition of community market.

The building massing is a box system development where the facade design is in accordance to the internal space segregation. The elevation bands are service oriented for the placement of ac units. The entire building is expressed through glazing with indoor outdoor visibility during circulation using lift capsule. The highlight of the project is a water wall which runs from the sixth floor welcoming the public to the interior space.
