Ratopati tower is a commercial complex tasked to house three different programs – a commercial space, an office and a residential unit. The commercial space required an easy visual approachability, the office space needed a calm atmosphere, and the residential unit a cozy and private setting. Contemplating the inconsistent nature of these programs, they were stacked vertically and integrated into a singular mass.

Ratopati tower proclaims itself to be a contemporary building with its modern architectural language. Glass and aluminum panels array along the periphery of the building to allow proximity to daylight to the building interiors. In order to achieve surface variation, the panels were organized in different arrangements creating an appealing aesthetic. Capsule elevator lead visitors to the upper floors giving an upscale, attractive feel to the building.
